New Fitbit sense Just a quick question just asking if anyone is having or had problems charging a brand-new Fitbit as mine has been on charge now for 24 hours and they still on 0% any ideas why I’ve tried three different USB port and it’s still not charging

@Hodson24- you may have a new broken charge cable if it is not charging. If you push the button while it is on charge and the watch says 0%, it is not charging. Of course the watch may also be faulty.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
Best course of action is to take it back to where you bought it and get a refund. That way you can buy a new one, as Fitbit may only send you a refurbished one under warranty.

Hi, @Hodson24 , welcome, may I draw your attention to this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? In particular check you have removed the protective film from the back of your device. I hope this helps.
