Just got the sense for Christmas, upgraded from a 2.5 year old versa. It seems that the sense takes a very long time for the HR to catch up where the Versa was almost instantly correct. I do a stationary bike 6-7 days a week and use a Polar chest band to sync to the Schwinn bike. Versa would almost always match (within a few beats) whereas it has taken as long as 6 minutes to catch up with the sense. This morning the Polar band was at 125 and the sense was at 90. That is unacceptable.
Anyone else experiencing this? Hoping for an update or this thing gets returned.

Eventually it caught up, after 6 minutes and me messing with the band but this is terrible.

Ok just went for a 1.5 mile walk, HR was around 110ish. Climbed 5 flights of stairs briskly and it dropped to 99 at the top

I was having a very similar problem with using my cross-country ski machine. I even contacted support. I noticed when using my arms the heart rate would be around 100 and, then I would stop using my arms during recovery and my heart rate would shoot up to 140. The thing that corrected the heart rate accuracy, for me, was placing the watch higher on the arm and making sure it is snug. The idea is to reduce the amount of movement of the watch when exercising.

With the versa 2 I was burning 550 calories in an hour and a half. Same workout plan- adding more stairs when it says to rest and I am only burning 274 in a hour and a half.
