I installed the app and it pulled info from the fitbit but the display still says to download the app in a bunch of different languages. It doesn't even show a clock and nothing I do will fix it. Help!

Try doing another add device. The final step of loading the firmware had failed.

Hi @georgeinkelowna I'm not sure what is not happening or why you are setting up. I assume you are in the Add Device Screen.
Yes, if you choose to replace current tracker, you can not go wrong. If the add tracker fails, the current tracker should not be removed.
Or you replacing the tracker with itself?
