New Sense appears to have failed

My new sense worked fine for the first several weeks. In the past two weeks it has:

1. Stopped collecting sleep stages (no Sleep Score) since December 3.

2. Has ramped up my resting heart rate 8 bpm beyond what my Versa was giving me.

The device reads my heart rate while sitting just fine. I have tried moving it to different locations on my wrist, tried different tightness of the band, no improvement...

I have concluded that the new Sense is failing. How do I replace it?

Hi @jeffwynnusgs,

 

If you're convinced that the Sense is failing, you need to contact the original seller and go through their exchange procedure.  Unless you bought the Sense directly from Fitbit, sadly, they cannot assist you in the exchange process.
