I bought the new sense at my Iconic went flat after 2 months use and won't restart or reset. However it was 10 months old and being laying in a drawer. The sense seemed very flash advertising an ecg and heart. It has been said to be the best for health, as I'm obese and suffering high blood pressure. I thought this would be good. It was approved in Australia, I was advised it was good to go in September. I bought the sense on the 8th of October.. the heart rate and pulse rate is off, the oxygen saturation is also reading lower. Now my battery went flat and it won't charge or start. Fitbit are just sending me another one in the mail, not even requesting the broken one back. This tells me, this is a throw away watch that we paid big bucks for.. fitbit advised me they don't have the software for the ecg yet? But sold me a watch stating it would have this.. all a bit odd.. its a shame they didn't improve on the Iconic not go backwards..
