New Sense kept restating now nothing

I've had my sense for about two weeks. Today while wearing it the Sense began restarting continously. Nothing I did would stop it from restarting. After it died I hooked it to the charger but it won't charge and won't turn on. It's completely dead and non responsive. Holding the button does nothing at all.

I charged it over night and now it's just restarting over and over again. The logo appears it vibrates real quick the three screen goes blank and it just keeps doing that over and over
