New Sense never arrived, attempted to contact support

My fitbit sense and the replacement band that I ordered never arrived even though it says it was delivered yesterday. I have tried contacting support about it multiple times and haven't gotten an answer or even acknowledged in the slightest. Is there a way I can get the products I ordered or a refund? It's a little annoying that I'm out a few hundred dollars and I can't even get a single response from fitbit.
