New Sense only gets few days on charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Sense is 4 days old and i can only get 3 days on a charge, I don't use GPS, email, text or phone notifications, phone answer is off. Then I turned on snore setting, I charged before bed last night to 100%, wake this morning and battery reads 60%. I'll never make it the day before it needs to be recharged. If this is how it is. I'm going to return it.

That's not particularly surprising with snore detection turned on.  That is a big battery user.  My thought is that is best used just to find out whether or not you snore.  My suggestion is to use that only for a day or two just to find out if you snore and maybe about how much, then turn it off.  Then maybe try it again if a few weeks or even months if you have made changes that you think might affect that.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I did turn it off and will leave it off. But battery will not last more than 3 days. I have just about everything off. I'll see how long the battery will last in a basic fitbit with no alerts on, GPS off, I don't use always on clock, and clock is set to manual on, just basic function.

Thanks
