I got new Sense, but can not pair the device to iPhone XR. I could get a four digit code, but during pairing, it says "Something went wrong. There was an error while trying to pair your Device". Please help.
I removed all Bluetooth devise from iPhone, Bluetooth on/off, restart iPhone, reset Sense, use different WiFi, use different iPhone and iPad, remove Fitbit App and reinstall. Customer service sent the general lists, but it did not work at all, and after that, customer service never got back to me.....
[I have Versa light, I removed it, then I was able to reconnect it (pairing) without any problem. ]

Have you tried restarting the tracker, and the phone.
You don't pair the tracker to the phone, you setup the tracker to your Fitbit account.

I have the same problem but I can't even get to the four digit code. I've tried everything. Talked to support and they just told me I had to return the device and they would 'Repair or replace it, possibly with refurbished parts or a refurbished device'. The steps in returning it are ridiculous, too. My device is a month old, and worked fine until it suddenly stopped syncing today. Very frustrating.
