New Sense watch

I’ve just changed to a Sense from an Iconic as suddenly steps on app we’re showing way less than steps actually walked and recorded on watch - however I have exactly the same problem with my new Sense. I’ve tried all the advice of restarting/rebooting/ disconnecting app and reconnecting.  Absolutely nothing works

You need to sync the device again. Once it does a complete sync, the correct amount of steps should match the watch. Please note, it may take a while for steps to show up in any challenges, as the server can be busy. Rest assured that those steps will be counted towards your challenges once the server has a chance to clear.

Thanks but I’ve sync’d the device multiple times and the app is still not registering all the steps that are on my watch

@Sheznez Is there anything else that's not syncing like battery life, water log, EDA Scans etc? Sync issues for me are fixed by deleting my Sense and then adding it back. I don't lose any information and the only thing that resets is the weather app to Celsius as I prefer Fahrenheit.

I’ve done that once and it didn’t change anything. I’ll try it again - thank you

Hi @Sheznez  - you may have an app issue, did you try to clear the storage cache and force stop the app, also a logout and login?

When you login go to the phone home screen without closing the Fitbit App, click on the sync popup and this will pair and link your watch properly, just in case the is an issue.
