The new reporting for sleep score is terrible. Please reinstate the old version. The way it is displayed makes any improvements moot.

Agree completely. Cannot easily tell times awake or stages. Presentation is just too busy. Putnn b it back the way it was previously. This was a terrible update!  Whose input created this mess?

Best Answer

Sorry. I have little hope they’ll fix it. Yesterday, I discovered another poorly functioning feature that had been changed from the perfectly good one from before. It’s worse than I thought.

Best Answer

I've had mixed feelings about my Sense/Fitbit and this is pushing me to some other vendor too.

Best Answer

I agree! I miss the previous report's time points for each level across the night. The new score is not helpful for tracking my actual sleep activity.  Why was this changed? If it isn't broken, don't fix it!

Best Answer

I completely agree! I wish they would stop changing the interface I hate this current one, wish I could go back to the old one too!

Best Answer

Agreed. Benchmark no longer shows where peers fall. And the time asleep is off by over 5 hours. This is a failure.

Best Answer

I agree the new sleep score function is completely useless :double_exclamation_mark:The old one worked great so why did they change it!!! It’s hard to read and inaccurate as it doesn’t show sleep periods of less than 4 hours.

Best Answer

Yeah, the "benchmark" is my sleep from that night--always. I can see how my average compares to each of my nights but no benchmark as to how it compares with women my age. Plus, it looks like some kid scribbled all over my screen, lol. Please reinstate the prior sleep way. That was easy to read and understand. Not all changes are improvements.

Best Answer

A terrible decision and not a "user friendly" in the least.  Certainly not an "improvement."

Best Answer

The benchmark data now shows up.

Still prefer the old.

That has been there. It offers little information. Not near what the old
metrics offered.

Noticed...what happens when there are no fitbit users

Best Answer

First, switch the displayed data from "Benchmark" to "Sleep Stages". Then, simply tap and drag along whichever stage you are most interested in (for me it's deep and REM.) It's more annoying to get at, but the data is still accessible.

Best Answer

Wow! Thanks so much! It worked!

Same! So frustrating....

Agreed.  Simply awful and in no way is this an “improvement”.  Change back immediately please.

Best Answer

Nope, still not showing for me. Just shows "scribbles", my sleep for the night and how my night compared to my 30 day averages. Nothing on comparison to peers. I truly can't stand the "new"/(awfulllll) update.

Best Answer

Yes, tried sliding to the right and that doesn’t work for me for additional data.
Absolutely awful.
