New sense / Fitbit premium

I just got a new Fitbit sense and I noticed on the box it says it has a 6 month trial of Fitbit premium. I’ve connected my watch already but when I click on it it wants me to pay

Hi @lindseynicole93 the free trial requires you to give them the credit card and expects you to cancel, unless you wish to continue the service. It's pretty much standard to give your credit card information when signing up for a trial period of anything. Online streaming services, such as Hulu and Paramount + all ask for it, too. Your trial period is free, but after those six months, you can decide to cancel it or continue it. If you continue it, they already have the billing information.
