Brand new sense completed set up but screen won’t stay turned on, won’t respond to touch, keeps turning itself off and restarting after 3seconds, rebooted twice ....haven’t even managed to get the same thing on my wrist not happy after paying £300 for something that can’t manage to stay turned on!!

I will start by saying you need to officially do your set up on a cell phone can't seem to be able to do it from other devices. But once that fully complete you can then use majority of tablets cell phones Mac computers but not reliable on a Windows computer. To move beyond this suggestion if you are useing multiple devices to view Fitbit app this can cause cross talk and force the watch to reboot every time one of the devices try to auto sync for example my laptop a Windows one would be on all ways sync and this caused the watch to do a hard reboot every time I walk into my room. Turn off auto syncing on all your secondary devices but not your main device. I hope this helps you out.
