2 days ago my sense quit calculating steps amd distance accurately. I walked over 2.5 miles and and it accounted for just over 1 mile and steps weren't even accurate for the distance it did record. Average 2500 steps per mile. Less than 2000 calculated on the mile amd change it said I walked. Restarted watch, force stopped app, logged off, sync everything including help with generic info provided via the person or bot sounded more like it because all I got was the standard trouble shooting text I already read the first time this happened.
So this is the 2nd update 1st being the one forced upon us that didn't even have a battery issue. Heart rate of course never worked correctly after the 1st update. However this is ridiculous! I'm tired of trying all these different things to fix what they broke with an update. I read about an update to make interface lile the pixel but I could care less about that I got a watch to track the very things that keep having issues. Waiting for new Samsung watch to decide if I want that or Google but if fitbit and Google are now the same I suspect the same issues would apply. I didnt buy Samsung to start with due to battery life. Which reminds me since that battery update I can't keep a charge longer than a few days opposed to a week before that forced update.
