I upgraded to the FitBit Sense on 5/10.
All my stress management scores are blank.
Everything else is working fine. I don't understand why it's blank.

It could be a glitch in the Fitbit App, try
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo all notification setup. |
And to be sure restart the watch and phone.

Thanks, I'll give that a try!
Best AnswerIt worked! Had the score this morning. THANKS!
Best AnswerI have been facing this same problem with my new Fitbit Sense. I tried the above steps but it still hasn’t worked. I was wondering if the uninstall/reinstall of the Fitbit app on iOS should be done as an “Offload” where the data is still on the iPhone or it should be fully “deleted”?

@AbhishekChak if you have problems with the App the best way to clear it on an iPhone is to reinstall the App, after you have synced.
When you sync your watch the data is uploaded to the Fitbit servers and after reinstalling it will still be there.
Any special settings like notifications or pay settings have to be redone though as some of these are stored in the App..
Hope that helps and restores your score.

Stress management is a meaningless scale (in my opinion). Everything is based on heart rate. This is bad control. I stopped paying attention to these points and use breathing exercises and mushroom tea from thirdshroom. The best time for this is Friday evening. So I seem to throw off the whole burden of the decisions made during the working week. It is very easy for me to enjoy the rest of the weekend after such a ritual. The dream became better, the fears were gone.
