No baseline? Wear 3+ days question + SpO2 question

I understand you have to wear your sense for 3+ days to get a baseline. Some people are reporting 3 some are reporting 7. My question is if you stop wearing your watch to bed at night does that wait 3+ days start over?

Also my SpO2 worked last night. There's no waiting period for that right? If you have a decent sleep that night it should show up correct?

Last question how can you navigate to the previous screen? When I click the side it goes back to the main screen.

I love my Sense!

Thanks

@steveojp  I'm not sure if the 3 days for the baseline resets, but I'm inclined to say it likely does.  Not sure though.

SpO2 will show up about 30 minutes to an hour after you wake up, there is no other wait period as long as you slept with the SpO2 clockface on.

To navigate to the previous screen, you now have to swipe right on the screen.  The button will always take you back to the clock face screen.

Hope that helps!

Once you have established a baseline temperature, you don't lose it if you don't wear your watch every night.

Thank you for the excellent information!

Another question when I had the Apple watch I had to force close apps that were running in the background for example if I opened an app it would run in the background until I closed it. Do I need to do that with the sense?

Also when I press the side button when looking at the clock face the screen goes black. Is that normal??

Thanks!

I do not believe Fitbit OS 5 can multitask.

That would be normal.

If you quickly press it twice it will go to controls/apps

If you hold it down, it will open Alexa.

Forgot to ask you...since I don't have a baseline yet and I've worn it 3 days so far while sleeping if I take off my watch during the day before I get a baseline does that mess up getting a baseline? Or as long as I wear it to bed that's all that matters?

Thanks again!

@FloppyDrive @steveojp Just want to add... you can set up the short cuts (the double press or the long press) by going into the Settings app on the Sense.  If I hold down the button, I have mine set to music controls, not Alexa.  So you can set it for whatever you want.  🙂

Skin temperature is only measured and logged while sleeping. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2458.htm
