How do you change pool lengths from 25m to 50m?

After you choose Swim, note the little arrow at the bottom of the screen; this indicates there are more screens below.  Scroll down and see swim settings including pool length.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
