Hi. Starting after updating the app 2 days ago, my watch died after no warning. So after charging it, it came back on but now I get NO notifications at all. I contacted support and did EVERYTHING and still could not get it to work. I'm not sure if anyome else is having this issue. It's syncing to my phone but im not getting any notifications. The test call isn't even working. If anyone has ANY suggestions pls help. Have you removed it from your Fitbit account and then set it up again as a new device?

Have you checked to see if do not disturb is enabled?
swipe right and make sure top left circle with horizontal line is grayed out.

Hi @emilyb350 - there seems to be a bug with the latest version of the Fitbit App where you won't get notifications. There is nothing you can do to fix it.

It is currently saying "cannot connect sense controls" not sure if that is the cause. But I've tried literally EVERYTHING
