Fitbit working fine for 18 months, Now doesn't respond to taps to show steps etc. Icons move around too. Tried to restart but despite pressing the on/off button for 10 secs, it does not go back to the Fitbit homescreen. Help!

Hi @lorraineob12  - It is odd it doesn't respond to button, presumably you are used to using the button, in which case let it run down till nothing will come on screen, then charge it.

 

If you already have nothing on the screen it may already be discharged and it's not charging [quite a common issue] so check the solutions here How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
