I am based in Ireland, and my Fitbit Sense was pre-ordered on 6th September, and shipping was promised by 25th Sept. Still not shipped today (5th Oct). On the Fitbit site, you can now place an order as a new customer, and it says that shipping is from today's date, yet I am told that my Sense 'may' ship sometime in October (with no shipping date given). This is the most appalling service from Fitbit. What is worse is that they told me that they cannot cancel my order, as the 'cancel' button is greyed out - what complete and utter nonsense. They have given me a 'case number' and asked for my 'feedback', and I can guarantee that they are genuinely interested in neither. They are infringing my right to cancel, and I am told that I cannot speak to a manager on chat, only on email (a good way of trying to get me off the chat). I am sick of being fobbed off by Fitbit, and the final straw is their refusal to cancel my order. Is anyone else experiencing this absolute smoke screening situation with Fitbit?

I ordered on 24th Sept. Paypal confirmed the payment, but I haven't had a confirmation, shipping date or anything from Fitbit. I can't find any way to track or even see a record of the order in the Fitbit store, nor any way to contact anybody to see if there's a problem. I think that's atrocious. If I don't hear something by end of today, I'll raise a Paypal dispute. They're normally pretty good at sorting things out.

Did you pay by credit card? If so charge it back. If Fitbit doesn’t want to deal with you then let them talk it out with Visa or the like.

Hi Drew,
Thanks for that.
They haven't debited my credit card yet. The problem is that if they don't cancel the order, I can't order it elsewhere, as they I will be paying twice!
Not good...

Hi D8veh,
Thanks for that. I should have paid with Paypal, but used a credit card which they have not yet charged (but as they won't cancel the order, it may be charged in the future).

When I looked at my Paypal. the payment was shown as pending, so I cancelled it. Maybe you can ring your credit card and cancel your pending payment. That's a blessing in disguise because I didn't realise that you can't get instant SPO2 checks, which is the main thing I wanted.
I didn't get a reply to the message I sent to customer services about my order.
John Lewis has them in stock and they offer 6 months premium membership free as well. also Currys and Argos have them in stock.
