Hi @SunsetRunner may I ask for what model phone that you are asking for help with?

Have you checked in the quick settings that both Sleep and DND are deactivated?

Have you checked the setup gude or troubleshooting steps. and android or iOS tips?

I'm not getting text or calendar notifications. I have everything set up as it should be. I get notifications from messenger which I've chosen to receive notifications from in the general notifications selection, but I don't get WhatsApp or calendar notifications even though I've them selected for the text messages and calendar events options. I've no idea how to fix this? I've all permissions and lockscreen display on, do not disturb is off etc. Anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions?

@olivine_peridot  for calendar events you need to indicate which calendar to use and a little further down there is App Notifications - tap on that and select which apps you want notifications from.

Thanks for your reply @Mike_Croy I've already done all of that and it still isn't working...

If i open calendar on my watch it just says permissions required but I already have all of the permissions turned on ?

@olivine_peridot in the Fitbit app on your phone - tap on profile picture, then select Sense (from devices). Tap on apps tile. Under my apps tap on Agenda. On Android phone it says that the permission is required. Tap on permissions and turn calendar on. Synch and it should work. Note, the notifications from your smartphone should work even if the calendar app on the sense doesn't have permission.
