Not receiving notifications on Sense with activity running

My wife and I both have the Sense and Android S21 Ultras. Neither of us received notifications if there is any activity running. (not just GPS activities).  We're not positive, but almost certain we used to receive notifications in the past.  I double-checked the settings.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the information provided.

 

The Focus mode turns off notifications while using the Exercise app. You can turn off this setting to receive your notifications once again. For instructions on how to navigate your Fitbit Sense, please visit this article.
