I just bought a new Samsung S21 Ultra.  After dying the complete set up,  ensuring notification are on, my Sense does not receive any text messages or phone calls.

I have samsung s21 plus I had the same problem but it was because I didn't have assistance set up I set mine to Google assistance instead of alexa and it works perfectly now I even get it to make my phone calls but remember you must have your phone near you hope this helps
