Sense won't connect after factory reset

Hi 
My fitbit sense wont connect to the app. I have  uninstalled the fitbit app, remover from bluetooth, turned sense on and off and finally done a factory reset on the sense. Now all I see on sense is download app. I have app back on phone and get to the screen where it says check sense is turned on,which it is. HELP!

After a factory reset its like you are starting a fresh and wouldn't already have the App.

As you have the App on your phone, click on the profile photo and then "+ Set up a Device" and install it as you did the first time.

Note: its not generally necessary to factory reset the watch, a simple restart of watch and/or phone may resolve simple syncing issues.
