Not tracking my swimming distance correctly

Hi,

 

I use a Fitbit Sense and I've been noticing that it does not track the swimming distance correctly. The length of my pool is 50m, but it only records it as 25m. I've followed the guidance (ie more than 12 laps, not changing strokes, resting time, etc) but I am still facing this issue.

Hello @adwlq and welcome to the Help forums.  I wear a Versa 3, but it has the same OS as the Sense.  It looks like the pool length is set on the device itself in the Exercise app.  After you select swim, swipe up and there is a pool length setting there.

 

It looks like several of the settings there were in the Exercise Shortcuts in the app on previous devices are on the Sense and Versa 3 itself.
