Hi!

My new Sense, that I've had for a few weeks, has been turning itself off several times and restarts after a few seconds. Is it supposed to do that? Sometimes it also hangs up, so I have to restart it! 😞

No it's not supposed to act like that.  Please contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) to see if they can help you perform a Battery Test and see what options they have for you.
