Not tracking sleep

One of the reasons I bought the sense is because I read that the sleep tracking app was very accurate .

I've had other health watches, and they trapped my sleep but definitely the sense is under reading my sleep. Most of the time it's telling me I get an hour and a half a night.

I try to get at least 9 hours of sleep at night.This is very disappointing.

Do you make use of "Sleep Mode" whether manually enabled or scheduled?
