Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and comments, we're always striving to improve our products. I see where your frustration is coming from and I'm sorry that Sense didn't work for you. Be sure that your comments won't be unnoticed as we're always improving the experience based on user's feedback.

 

On a side note, I moved your post to the Sense board to keep the forum organized.

I with you. I have recently lost thousands and thousands of steps because it keeps disconnecting. I have 34.5 million steps recorded with Fitbit and unfortunately I'm with you. This **ahem** is turning into garbage. What makes it worse my 12 year old grandson got a Fitbit because Grandpa has one. Had I known I would have discourage him from getting it. I can't take it anymore!
