So I bought the Fitbit sense when it came out had it preordered and everything. I have used it since. Problems started happening with the first two weeks. I chose to fix on my own with guidance from the support page. My sense has chose not to sync, the Bluetooth keeps unpairing, and the screen is unresponsive most the time. My battery also lasts maybe a day. I have it updated but it continues to act up. I prefer the Fitbit but am starting to not want to have it anymore. I am hoping someone can help me figure out how to fix the issues it has been having.
