Sense watch is no good. Ratings are poor because of charging difficulties. Made a mistake buying the watch for $350 .....shame on the manufacturer

Do you have a charging problem?

Some cables are found to be faulty.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

yeah I paid full price when they first came out and now almost a $100 cheaper.  Guess they pulled one on us!  Looks like Google didn't even think they were worth the money.
