This morning when taking it off the charger, nothing will display. After pressing the side access button nothing. Then after hold the button down for a few seconds the "Quick Settings" display appears. I am just looking to access the time, steps, etc. display. Any help?

@Buefeu22 Have you tried changing the clock face or performing a restart of the device?

SAME! Mine went through cycle on and off and really started heating up. Finally was able to get clock display but now I can't swipe or tap anything but can feel the haptic feedback. I've never been so disappointed with a device like this. Had multiple Fitbits and was so excited to get the sense.... Two chargers and now this issue I am looking at Garmin now.

@Positive_Wahine - as mentioned in your other post, unfortunately your watch seems to have suffered some internal damage if it heats up and needs replacing, hopefully under warranty.

If you see a black or blank screen on your Fitbit, the first thing to try is a restart or a forced restart (also called a long restart.) What is this? Restarting your Fitbit forces it to reboot–and often fixes problems like a black, blank, or non-responsive device
