My sense screen had lines across it and then went totally black. I changed it tried to hard start and I'm feeling the vibrations also seeing the green light blinking at the back. I nought this for $279 and it's only a year and a half

@Sfakira It could be a dead screen. Have you tried changing the clock face to see if that helps? If not, you should reach out to Customer Support.

I did they couldn't help so that's that. Disappointed that this watch didn't last at all. After spending so much money. I'm truly disappointed with the service at fitbit I believe they could have done better even if it meant replacing it with a cheaper model. I suffer from blackouts and now I have to walk around with my oximeter until I purchase something new. The fitbit brand really disappointed me.

If you see a black or blank screen on your Fitbit, the first thing to try is a restart or a forced restart (also called a long restart.) What is this? Restarting your Fitbit forces it to reboot–and often fixes problems like a black, blank, or non-responsive device
