hello!
Since last weekend my fitbit sense completely froze, i tried the restarting way of holding the "button" for 10 seconds and then it froze on the home screen.
a few tries after it went trough.. but now my touchscreen is not responding in any way or form...
I wanted to try and give it a hard reset, but the only way to do that is to go to the settings on your fitbit device, but since my touchscreen won't work i can not get to that!
anyone know what to do?

Hi, @KelseySmits, welcome to the community, try the following, squeeze the side button for about 20 seconds and release it when the Fitbit logo appears. After a further 35 seconds or so the clock face should appear. If your device does not respond as described talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
I hope this helps.

According to Fitbit, you can press and hold down the solid state button on your Sense for 10 second if it's frozen. At first, it will look like nothing is happening, but keep holding the button down. After 10 seconds, the Fitbit logo will display, and your watch will restart.
