Notification service not running on Fitbit Sense

Hi, 

I tried all the available solutions in the forum. The notifications service keeps stopping on my fitbit sense. Is there anyway this can be fixed. I am using a redmi note 9 pro max.

It's clear your notifications do work but then stop. I'm not familiar with your phone but recommend that you check the Fitbit app on your phone. Ensure all the permissions are allowed and any battery-saving functions on your phone are disabled for the Fitbit app. This last is because some phones treat the Fitbit app as non-essential and turn it off when it needs to run constantly in the background.
