Notifications are not coming through my Sense

Hi guys,

I'm back with the same issues. I've spoken to customer service and they have escalated the problem. I'm patiently waiting for whenever they will get back to me. Meanwhile, I'm deflated and disappointed with this ongoing issues. After paying so much for the watch I'm not getting the worth of what I played for. Annoying isn't it.

To better assist you with this matter, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here. Also, I'd like to know if you're getting any error message in the Fitbit app about the notifications not working? If so, what does it say?

Please note that your case was indeed forwarded to our higher tier of support for further checking. Someone will be in contact with you soon as they have the resolution for your Sense's issue. It seems that our Support Team has exhausted all troubleshooting steps availed for this issue, so there's nothing left we here in the community can suggest.

  • I am having problems with notifications too for my fitbit sense.  Appreciate if you could help to link me to someone in the higher tier support team as well.
