Hi everyone,
Does anyone know what the reason could be that I actually never get the sleep phases shown? It shows me a pulse for the night (and everything else works), I sleep more than 3 hours and have enough battery, yet I always just have the simple sleep display. I have reset and re-paired the watch several times, uninstalled the app and still nothing. I have had the Sense for almost a year but I am slowly giving up hope. Fitbit support only offers me an exchange, they don't know anything else either.
Maybe someone also has such a problem or can help me somehow?

If our Support Team has offered you a replacement, I'd advise to follow their directions as they know why a replacement needs to be sent out. If you have inquiries about the outcome of your case, please feel free to contact out team back so they can clarify any doubt for you.

Hello,
Unfortunately, the case has not yet been resolved.
I already have a replacement watch (the first one had to be exchanged due to software problems) and it didn't work with the previous one either. Therefore, I doubt that a replacement will do anything. So I hope that the community might have some tips.
