When I charge my fitbit sense, it gets all the way to 100%. I shut it off and the next day when I go to turn it on, it's at 46% already!! This has happened numerous times. Any suggestions!? Thanks.

Hi, @JessMalandra, welcome to the community, my experience is that I use about 20% of the charge a day swimming for 90 minutes, walking for 30 minutes plus normal daily activities while wearing my "Sense". You are losing a lot of charge, are you using the GPS? or wearing it during vigorous activities? Allowing I've understood you are not wearing it but have "Shut down" the Sense after charging to 100% then I think you should talk to "Customer Support" here, I recommend you use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. I hope this is helpful.
Cheers

Hi there, @JessMalandra. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense.
As a first approach, I'd like to share with you that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used. Because you're using an Always-On Display clock face, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor your it's behavior in the next day. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.
If you continue having issues with the battery after taking the above into consideration, please follow @Gr4ndp4's advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
Hope this helps.

Best AnswerI don't see how this would help. Once it's fully charged, I turn it off and wait til next morning to turn it on and then it's down 50%

Best AnswerI'm confused. How do you turn it off? Are you saying the face is dark? It's still running at that point, just not displaying the clock.
Best AnswerI go to settings and scroll all the way down and turn off the device.
