Hi @Dmk-mo - have you swiped the watch face to the right to check that both Sleep and Do not disturb are off.
If so, there are numerous issues with the new V4 Fitbit App and one is improper syncing. If the watch is not syncing properly then you won't get notifications. A temporary cure can be to toggle Bluetooth off/on and restart the watch and manually sync. In some cases a phone restart may be required.
