Hi, @Aniamiki, & @Dewesh14 welcome to the community, may I draw your attention to this article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? In addition to this advice check the Fitbit App on your phone has all the permissions granted and any battery-saving setting is disabled for the Fitbit app. This last is because some phones (you do not mention the make & model of your phones) treat the Fitbit app as non-essential and put it to sleep while it needs to run constantly in the background.
