Notifications on Sense stopped working

I had the versa 2 and just got the sense for Christmas...  set it up and notifications worked for two days and now they don't work at all.  So far I have restarted my watch sever times, restarted my phone turned notifications off and back on in the phone app.

So far wishing I would have kept my Versa.  Any help/ideas appreciated.

Hi,

 

firstly, if you turned off notifications make sure to set them up again.

 

secondly, for notifications to work properly they must appear on the phone which must be in contact with the watch, to check this

 

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

 

Device photo [middle left]

Sync -

See when last synced

Try refresh by touching circle it should say "a moment ago"
