I've been using the old stats to track my high and low heart rate for health reasons and find the new ones hard to navigate as the new stats won't let you click into the stats or focus in on the daily as easily.
I can't see specific spikes or lows. I miss the old version and I'm really disappointed as I suffer from anaphylaxis with low blood pressure issues. The spikes and lows give me an indication on how bad my anaphylaxis is progressing. I wish Fitbit could change the function so it could be easily focused into the stats and give a better focus on the hourly/minute readying again.
