On Wrist Calls will not enable

Hi,  I am trying to enable the on wrist calls but it won't enable.  I tried turning blue tooth off then back on and also shutting down my phone.  Nothing seems to help.  When I try to set it up I get a message count' enable.  Can you tell me what else I need to try.  Thanks

Hi @diane1370 do you get this message when setting up Sense Controls? 

Are Sense controls paired to your phone?
