Everytime when I receive phone call my sense doesn't show contact name or number. It displays view written on the watch screen. If I pick the call from phone itself watch keeps on vibrating. If I try to pick the call from watch then everytime I had to increase the volume of watch speaker then only I can hear the call on the watch. Its really very irritating. Kindly solve this issue.

When you answer from the wrist. You can, from the wrist, switch the call to the phone.
As for volume, we do have a volume control, but I agree that it isn't very loud for outside. Inside I have no problem.

The speaker sucks on this watch. I'm just hoping Fitbit can up the volume a little with an update. If not, calls from the watch isn't much good. Echoing for the person you're talking to on the phone is also now an issue that wasn't there before the 5.1.1 update. Just frustrating.

True. The loudspeaker is very quiet. Any calls comes you have to up your volume.

I always up the volume. Only problem is the speaker still isn't loud. On the plus side, I did figure out how to actually make calls from the watch, just ask the Google Assistant to call someone. Lol

Yes the watch speaker does do that....my workaround was to get a bluetooth headset. I connected the phone to the headset, when a call comes in it is recognized by the watch and the headset. I answer the call using the headset and the watch sees that the call was answered by the headset. That has be functioning all week......so far!
