OnePlus 7T Pro - Fitbit app constantly says "No Internet Connection"

Hi Network

I recently acquired my Fitbit Sense and the first 1 - 1.5 days it worked with no issues. It connected fine with the app - really no problems.

But after the second day and today (third day) I have had nothing but issues, connecting the Fitbit app to the watch. Apparently, it syncs well but I'm unable to add/remove apps, change clock faces etc etc.

Fitbit support tells me that my OnePlus device is not compatible ...

I saw a similar post just for iOS but decided to create a separate post for Android. Has anyone resolved this issue on an Android device?

In advance, thanks.
