I have uninstalled app long with reset fitbit. All it does continue to tell me to down load app to set up. I get green check marks through set up the screen never changes from the fitbit logo after that. I called got no answer.

Let me help you with your Fitbit Sense being stuck on the Fitbit logo and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Does you Sense shows as setup on your account? If it does I suggest you remove it from your account, restart it and your phone and set it up again.

I have tried these steps. I have even tried setting up on my tablet to see if it would work that way. No such luck.
I was able to get someone to respond and try to help through fitbit messenger on Facebook they were not able to help much either so the did make a ticket. No i am waiting tl hear back. Just frustrating i am looking forward to go new fitbit. I started out with original fitbit flex, went to charge 2, to charge 3 now Sense. Hoping to be able to use my sense or get it replaced if something is wrong with it.
