I exchanged Ionic for Sense due to recall in early March. Since then Sense has not been recording my SpO2 levels. Any help?

Hi @Mjgiddings - please check you have the SpO2 tracker app installed, in which case you don't need an SpO2 clock face and also check you have the latest firmware What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
Try a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu to refresh the operating system. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it, or push the button.
Though it will still only give you one value for the night, and can't do on the spot values for which I use a Bluetooth Oxymeter to get readings anytime and by not using the SpO2 on the watch can extend the time between chargings by about 2 days.
The Oxymeter can give you instant accurate HR readings also and other values if you are worried the watch is not accurate.

Hello @Mjgiddings ,
Do you lack only the average SpO2 reported in the health metrics or also the EOV graph in the Sleep page?
If the latter it might be an hardware problem.

I think it's an hardware problem, It's your right to ask for replacement.
