Oxygen not recording in fitbit app

Spo2 is recording on my Sense but not in the Fitbit app. I've tried logging out and logging back in on the app. Also tried disconnecting and reconnecting blue tooth but nothing is works.

Also when can we expect the latest update for the Sense in Australia.

Hi @Elaine1954.

So you are saying if you go into the Health Metrics tile, the spO2 card is blank?

Which mobile OS are you using? If its Android have you tried clearing the Fitbit App cache? With iOS you would need to uninstall and re-install the app to achieve this. I'm not sure if this will solve your problem, but it's worth trying if you haven't already done so.

Yes the tile is blank but reading is there on my watch. I'm running android 11 I think on my new Samsung A52s. I have tried everything I could think of. I don't really want to uninstall the app or do a complete reset, as everything else works.

I would suggest clearing the Fitbit app cache (it's not as extreme as uninstalling the app - you will remain logged in etc) as it can quite often fix certain app issues.

You can do this by opening the settings app on your phone - scroll down to and tap on apps - find the fitbit app (tap on it) - tap on Storage and cache - tap clear cache. I've just tested this on my Pixel 5 running Android 12, and all settings and log in state have remained intact.
