Pairing issues with newest Sense update

Anyone else experiencing pairing issues with the newest software update?  I have to pair my iPhone with my Sense every morning.  It also seems to be draining my iPhone battery too.

Are you saying that the fitbit app, every morning, is asking you for permission to connect the Tracker? 

The fitbit users will not be able to pair a fitbit tracker. The tracker should reject every attempt to pair.

The Fitbit app is telling me it lost Bluetooth connection to the Sense and I need to open Bluetooth on my phone and tell it to forget the Sense and synch and re-pair the device.

Yes, I agree with removing the device from the Bluetooth. 

What they mean by repaired I don't understand. 

After removing the tracker from Bluetooth, open the fitbit app, the fitbit app should request permission to pair(Android) or connect(iOS) the tracker. 

The Fitbit app is responsible for managing the Bluetooth connection, any attempt to directly pair by the user will be blocked by the tracker.

Yes, I am having the same issue. Very frustrating. Nothing but problems with my sense since I bought it a month ago. And their customer service is horrific. They have no interest in fixing problems. Just give canned responses.

The problem is that I should not have to re-pair my Sense to the app 2xs a day.  The problem seems to be that the Fitbit app is "forgetting" or "kicking" me out 2-3xs a day since I have updated the software.

I bought my Sense back in October of 2020 and did not have any issues until recently with the last 2 software updates.  The update a few months ago was draining my battery and now this update is kicking my device off the Fitbit app. I am ready to ditch the watch and buy an Apple Watch.

Before you ditch your Fitbit, consider selling the lcd screen to someone who’s cracked theirs.
