Fitbit Sense is not syncing

My sense stopped syncing. I've made multiple attempts with a fully charged device and phone but nothing is happening. What do I do?

Thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. At this time, I'd recommend making sure that you have followed all the recommended tips in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

Also, please make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date. If you notice that it requires an update, please complete the update by following the instructions here
