I am so disappointed with this new Fitbit Sense. I am returning it back to Bestbuy. I loved my Versa 2 I was able to download my already paid for music and listen from my watch. I am now not able to do this on the Sense. The Senso only comes with Deezer and Pandora and why would I want to pay $10 a month for yet another streaming service that I will barely use, and not only that I had to pay for the Premium account to use the other options on the watch for $80 a yr. This is a sham. Fitbit should put this information on the box or product description so people know what to expect.

You don't have to pay for those features to use the watch. I don't use 2 of those services yet I can still use mine. It's completely up to you to decide weather or not using those services is worth your money. To completely return the watch for the fact that there's some services that are optional to pay for seems a bit rash.
If it's not working properly, that's a different issue.

Yes but, contrarily to Versa 2, you have to pay for Deezer or Pandora if you want to listen to music from your Sense/Versa 3 without your phone.

Paying for Deezer and Pandora is a prerequisite of Deezer and Pandora.. Both require a paid account for the rights to store music on a phone or tracker.. On the Versa 2 these are also not free.

On versa 2 you can upload your own music @Rich_Laue , on Sense/V3 you can't hence to pay for a premium membership on one of the two service becomes mandatory if you want to use music independently from your phone. Even more those Fitbit flagships don't even support wider adopted services such as Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube Music

Yes you can download music , but this has nothing to do with Pandora or Deezer. Which you implied was free with the Versa 2.
BTW when the Versa 2 first came out, we where unable to download personal music. I'm glad they changed it.
As for Spotify, even on my galaxy watch I can not download, I'm only able to control Spotify on the phone.
No support for Apple music is understandable since Fitbit is in competition with the AW

@Rich_Laue Sense/V3 have been released 2 years and the suggestion to upload music is closed as not planned.
Spotify offline works with Garmin watches while you conveniently omitted Google (Owner of Fitbit) YouTube Music.
Also please remember that while Pandora is available in US Deezer isn't while in the rest of the world Deezer is the only option. This means that there is no choice by the users if they want to listen to offline music. By the way I think you can agree Deezer is not exactly a very common service among the users.

Nope, I really haven't looked into Deezer to agree or disagree.
The suggestions are still open for votes, and it has always been votes that get attention.
Sometimes I wonder what the developers are thinking.
As for YouTube music, I understand that there is such a thing.

@Rich_Laue tell me a suggestion that was closed as not planned and then, because of the votes, implemented at later stage.

Let's not forget that the Sense/Versa 3 hasn't received a FW update in almost a year (October 2021). So I think at this point it's unlikely offline music storage will be implemented as it seems the device is no longer receiving software support.

I agree with you @N8teGee . This despite tbe serious bugs thag Sensa/Versa 3 have (wrong floor measurement and terrible HR measurement are ridiculously easy examples) and despite.tbe fact that are still sold as Fitbit flagships smartwatches.
